Buddha’s teachings are scientific methods to solve our human problems through understanding and transforming our mind. They enable us to see things in perspective, to overcome our frustration and worry, and to develop our positive qualities to their full potential. Gen Kelsang Wangpo will explain how to practice Buddha’s timeless teachings in a way that is suited to our modern busy lives, and in a way that can be practiced by everyone according to their capacity. He will present the approach of Modern Buddhism, a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings on compassion and wisdom that communicates their essence in a way that is easy to understand and put into practice.
