T’was the night before Christmas and all through the house, everyone wants peace but do we know how to bring it about? In this special service, Gen Kelsang Wangpo will share how to bring it about.
The winter holidays are associated with warm wishes of peace and joy for everyone. We will hold two special events offering a Buddhist view on peace and joy. Our special Candlelight Christmas Eve Service will focus on peace and our alternative New Year’s Eve event will focus on joy.
Join us as we look at the essence of world peace – a peaceful, loving mind – and the power of prayer to make that happen. Although we may think otherwise, prayer is a special activity that helps us grow our good qualities.
This event includes a teaching, Prayers for World Peace, and a guided meditation. Everyone Welcome.
