Renunciation is a unique term in Buddhism that is found, indirectly, through rejecting our own suffering, by directly understanding that looking for happiness in external objects will only lead to discomfort. If we develop a profoundly wise understanding of the mind and the world, we will see how true Buddha’s first teachings are.

If you don’t know the first teachings of Buddha, this class is a great place to start. The mind of renunciation empowers us to strive day and night to destroy the root of suffering; self grasping ignorance, and thereby establish the foundation to experience the unchanging inner peace often known as nirvana.

Learn how to develop this joyful mind that brings great energy to our spiritual life and a more satisfying experience of happiness to our daily life.

Everyone is welcome.
