Many people who use technology at work or for leisure know how we can easily be plugged in all the time. This constant connection can make it difficult to have a good balance between work time and personal time, so how do we set boundaries between our time on and our time off?

If we approach our life with wisdom, we will discover that we can find a reasonable balance and that we can enjoy work, life and everything in between. It doesn’t matter what kind of work we do or what kind of lifestyle we have, these teachings will fit right in with our daily life. Everyone is welcome.
