In this meditation class, we will learn how to enhance the meaning and enjoyment of our holiday season through increasing our appreciation of the kindness of others. Through seeing kindness in everything around us and sharing our own kindness, we can make our relationships stronger and more meaningful.
This evening workshop will include a potluck – an opportunity for everyone to show a little kindness. If we all bring enough food for five people, we will magically have more than enough!
