There is such uncertainty in the world right now and it is easy to be overwhelmed, especially with the holidays just around the corner! If we get overwhelmed we will only make ourselves and our loved ones unhappy. What a counterproductive result!
To keep a happy mind in the face of difficulty we need special methods and special attitudes. Gen Wangpo will present the Buddhist practices of training the mind so that we have the solutions we need to the challenging moments we are currently facing.
