Live in the moment! Have you ever received this advice? Has anyone told you what it would look like or how you can “live in the moment”? Truly, the advice is good, but we need practical advice that helps us to be mindful in the moment.
In this series of classes, learn how to get out of your head and into your heart so you can be focused on the moment at hand with a virtuous mind. We will learn how to do all of this in our weekly Wednesday classes – May 17, 24, 31 and June 7.
