Take a little more time out of the day in order to develop peace of mind. The Monday Lunchtime Meditation includes a teaching and meditation. In each class Gen Kelsang Wangpo, an ordained Buddhist monk and our Resident Teacher, will explain a bit of Buddha’s wisdom so that we can enjoy meditation!
In this 30 minute class there will be a brief overview of meditation. Each week, we will look at different ways we can develop mental skills to have a good meditation practice. There is also a guided meditation so that we can develop our meditative abilities. Regular attendees will be able to improve their ability to meditate.
