STRESS LESS through MEDITATION
Take a little more time out of the day in order to develop peace of mind. The Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation includes a teaching and meditation. In each class Gen Kelsang Wangpo, an ordained Buddhist monk and our Resident Teacher, will explain a bit of Buddha’s wisdom so that we can stress less and enjoy more!
In this 45-minute class there will be a brief teaching on how to control our mind through meditation. Each week we will look at the different ways our mind creates our stress, anxiety, and frustration, and, how our mind can create peace, calm, and happiness. There is also a guided meditation so that we can strengthen our best mental qualities and work to eliminate the bothersome ones!
