Take a little more time out of the day in order to develop peace of mind. The Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation includes a teaching and meditation. In each class Gen Kelsang Wangpo, an ordained Buddhist monk and our Resident Teacher, will explain a bit of Buddha’s wisdom so that we can stress less and enjoy more!
In this 30 minute class there will be a brief overview of meditation. Each week we will look at the different ways mental skills that we can develop to have a good meditation practice. There is also a guided meditation so that we can develop our meditative abilities. Regular attendees will be able to improve their ability to meditate.
