Everyone is welcome to enjoy any of the 29 meditations provided below.

Individual meditations are $6; you have 24 hours to view the session. Each session is approx. 30 minutes.

You can sign up for an On Demand Membership ($25/month) and you will get access to all 29 meditations and any meditations we add in the future.

21 Lamrim Meditations

Lamrim is a special set of instructions that includes all the essential teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni arranged in such a way that if we gain deep experience of them there will be no basis for these problems; we shall be completely free of all of them. Traditionally, these meditations are completed in a cycle.

Meditation for Relaxation

These three simple guided meditations are all forms of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. The first is a basic breathing meditation that helps to disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of inner peace. The second combines mindfulness of the breath with visualization, or creative imagination, and leads to a deep feeling of inner calm and purity. The third is a special breathing meditation that combines mindfulness of the breath with the recitation of mantra.

Meditations for a Clear Mind

An introduction and three simple guided meditations that will help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself. The first meditation lays the foundation for meditating on the mind by helping to temporarily overcome physical appearances. The second introduces us to the clarity of our mind, and the third is a meditation on our root mind.

Meditations for a Kind Heart

These three simple guided meditations will help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others. The first is a meditation on cherishing others – thinking that others are important, and that their happiness and freedom are important. The second is a practical meditation on compassion – the sincere wish to protect others from suffering. The third is a practical meditation on love – the sincere wish to give happiness to others.
