Monday Drop-in
Meditation Class

Mondays | 7:30 - 8:45pm
with Resident Teacher Gen Tsoglam
Livestream available for monthly members

Experience the radical, positive change and true healing that comes from regular meditation.

Beginning our meditative life helps us to begin healing at a very deep level. Through our practice we will experience better sleep, better relationships, better focus. Our stress reduces, and we become happier and healthier.

In particular, on Mondays we will learn about a special series of mediations know as Lamrim, or the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, which is a condensation of all Buddha’s teachings and the main practice of Kadampa Buddhists. These meditations are powerful meditations that help us truly heal — and then help others do the same.

Suitable for those new to meditation or those with some experience. Includes guided meditation, a brief teaching, and Q&A.

Cost $12
