This course will explore the Buddhist poem called Seven Verses of Training the Mind, which provides practical instructions for transforming our minds and developing a more positive and compassionate outlook on life. We will discover how to develop qualities such as patience, generosity, compassion, and wisdom and how to apply them in their daily life. Join us to gain the ability to always rely upon a happy mind alone.
