Meditation and Modern Buddhism

Kadampa Meditation Center Houston is the spiritual home for many people in the region. As you know, the doors are open to every person who has an interest in meditation or Buddhism. Since our spiritual home exists as part of our open, inviting community, we cherish the space and make the Center more welcoming. A Center cherishing event is mainly about cleaning the Center.

There will be ways for everyone to contribute, from young to old, and regardless of any restrictive conditions. You can join in for the whole event or just a short portion. We deeply appreciate everyone’s help!
