Meditation and Modern Buddhism

Kadampa Meditation Center Houston is the spiritual home for many people in the region. As you know, the doors are open to each and every person who has an interest in meditation or Buddhism. Since our spiritual home is part of our open, inviting community we take time to cherish the space and make the Center more welcoming.

There will be ways for everyone to contribute, regardless of any restrictive conditions. You can join in for the whole event or just a short portion.
