Meditation and Modern Buddhism

Kadampa Meditation Center Houston is the spiritual home for many people in the region. As you know, the doors are open to each and every person who has interest in meditation or Buddhism. Because our spiritual home exists as part of our open, inviting community we take time to cherish the space and make the Center more welcoming. Mainly a center cherishing event is about cleaning the Center.

There will be ways for everyone to contribute, from young to old, and regardless of any restrictive conditions. You can join in for the whole event or just a short portion. Everyone will be happy to have you come in.

We have heard your requests for more informal time together. At the end of our Center Cherishing event we will all be going out for lunch. Everyone is welcome.
