This enlightening course is designed to introduce tantra beginners to the meditations and the foundational principles of Buddhist philosophy surrounding Tantric practice. In this course, an understanding (or a deeper understanding) of core Buddhist teachings on tantra. By exploring these principles and engaging in regular meditation practice, participants will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and realizing their own Buddha nature.
