Holding onto grudges is painful. Our inability to let go of past insults and other emotional wounds drains our energy, tightens our minds, and prevents us from experiencing inner peace and happiness. Most of us know this. So why do we carry our grudges with us as if they were among our most precious possessions?
Yet, it is in our relationships with our family, friends, and colleagues that we most often find our greatest challenges, and it is difficult to sustain the love or harmony within them. We say, all you need is love, but our love is often mixed with expectation and a need for perfect reciprocity. When we combine our love with wisdom, however, our relationships naturally improve as we change our mind rather than the other person or the external situation, and all of our relationships become meaningful and authentic sources of joy.
In this public talk you’ll not only learn why it’s so important to forgive, but also special techniques that will help you do just that. You’ll emerge feeling a great sense of peace at your heart and better able to heal your troubled relationships.
