We will learn to have pain-free, happy relationships with others by increasing our pure love, overcoming the painful mind of attachment, and learning the art of patient acceptance. We combine meditation with practical wisdom to effect real change. Applying these methods to our relationships will not only improve them but also bring out the best qualities in ourselves and others and help us to integrate our relationships into our spiritual life. This course is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience.
