We will take a comprehensive look at going for refuge, the essence of Buddhism. Learn about the significance of refuge as a foundation for spiritual growth and awakening. We will explore the importance of the Three Jewels – Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha – and learn how to establish a meaningful connection with them. Gain practical tools to integrate the teachings of refuge into your daily life.

As an option, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a refuge ceremony after the course, deepening their commitment to the Buddhist path.

Everyone is welcome to understand and connect with the profound wisdom of the Three Jewels.

Class is from 2 – 5pm
Vow Ceremony is 6:30 – 8:30pm
