The practice of Vajrasattva is a scientific method to purify our mind and transform it from an impure mind into a pure mind using Tantric technology. Vajrasattva practice is specifically designed to remove the obstacles preventing us from unlocking our own inner peace and enjoyment of life. While reciting the mantra, we concentrate on removing the negative karma in our mind by applying the Four Powers of Reliance, Regret, Opponent Force, and Promise.

This retreat is held annually at all Kadampa Meditation Centers worldwide so that practitioners have the opportunity to come together as a community and transform their minds. The tradition is to engage in four sessions a day. Anyone is welcome to join in as they like. Please note all sessions are self-guided. Instructions and reading materials will be available at each session. If you have questions, please send an email to [email protected] so we can help you better understand the retreat.

We are offering a special course – Good Karma, Bad Karma, What is Karma – to help anyone who is interested in engaging in this retreat have a better understanding. There is a one-day Vajrasattva retreat with guided meditations on each of the four powers to help interested attendees better prepare for this retreat.

Sessions times:
9 – 10:30am
11 – 12:30pm
4 – 5:30pm
