Why do we ask people to give to World Peace?
Kadampa Meditation Center Houston is holding a Walk for World Peace fundraiser in April. It’s a special event to raise funds for world peace; the event benefits both contributors and the world. Every contribution – done with the intention of establishing world peace for countless living beings – creates causes for a pure world that ultimately leads to lasting peace. The more people who give, the more causes we create. That is why even $1 gifts are worth collecting. We are giving people the chance to create incredible causes for themselves and this world! We hope you will share this opportunity with the people in your life.

Would you like to lend a hand?
We need volunteers!
We are going to need help to make this event successful. You can lend a hand in the days leading up to the Fundraiser or on the day of the Walk for World Peace.
We are going to need people to run errands, prepare food, setup the Walk, cook, and help us to clean.
You know the best thing might be just to take a few minutes and look at our survey. Then you can see how you could help make our Walk for World Peace a successful event!
Thank you!
