This class is designed to introduce you to the practice of meditation and get you started on your journey to inner peace. The class begins with a brief breathing meditation to help release tension and focus the mind. The teaching explains the mental exercises and techniques designed to quiet the mind and focus attention. The class will conclude with a guided meditation for attendees to develop their meditation skills practically. The class will last for 75 minutes and is open to all levels of experience. Join us to learn the art of meditation and discover the power of inner peace and self-awareness.
We do not have class on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
