The best way to learn how to meditate is to jump right in and meditate! This mini-retreat provides the perfect opportunity. We will have three sessions of guided meditation so that we can experience a peaceful mind in the busyness of our lives.
There will be brief teachings, as well as Question and Answer sessions. This retreat is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience or background.
For people with a special interest in learning to meditate, we have developed a special meditation program. The program is designed to help people improve and enjoy their meditation practice. As part of this program, we are offering four unique online urban meditation retreats. The retreats are approximately every six weeks (Feb 26, Apr 16, June 11, and July 9).
Our Thursday classes span several series. We offer 24 unique classes and four mini-retreats in all. Check our online calendar for more information about our other Thursday series and the mini-retreats.
