The practice of Vajrasattva is a scientific method to purify our mind and transform it from an impure mind into a pure mind using Tantric technology. While engaged in this practice, we can concentrate on removing the negative karma in our mind by applying the Four Powers of Reliance, Regret, Opponent Force and Promise. There will be guided meditations in each session to help you better understand how these powers are applied.

Every session will include meditations on each of the four powers (yes, there are four brief meditations in each session). So, attending one session will get you an overview of the whole practice. However, in each session one of the four powers will be emphasized with a more extensive meditation. For this reason, if you want a deep understanding of the four powers, especially for those considering doing the longer Vajrasattva retreat this week on the 18th, we recommend attending all four sessions.
