We have a plan for what to do if there is a hurricane or flooding. We try to have money saved up for a rainy day kind of economic disaster. But, do we have a plan for when things get stormy in our mind? Sometimes our mind is filled with unpleasant feelings. We should be prepared. Those days are not the brightest or best, yet they come, whether we like them or not. Buddha explained that if we are honest about our unpleasant feelings and we take time to understand what is happening in our mind, then we can change our experience from one of suffering to something much better!
Learn Buddhist methods for dealing with suffering and find a way to handle challenging emotions. Everyone is welcome.
This class is being held weekly Monday, Jun 1 - Monday, Jun 29
